That said, because 3D-printed surfaces have fine layer lines that can be harder to deep-clean, for everyday feeding we recommend pairing it with a food-safe insert (stainless steel or ceramic) that drops right in — easy to clean, easy to refill, and perfectly hygienic for your beast. Hand wash the printed bowl; keep it out of the dishwasher to preserve its shape and finish.
